Atlantis Internacional, S.L. reserves, at any time, the right to unilaterally modify, without prior notice, and at any time, the presentation and configuration of the portal as well as these general conditions. Therefore, www.ksixmobile.com recommends reading them carefully each time you access the Website.
Users will always have these general contracting conditions in a visible place, freely accessible for any queries they would like to make. In any case, the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions will be a preliminary and indispensable step for the acquisition of any product available through the Website.
TERMS FOR THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS
USER: One is considered a USER when the website is accessed. Likewise, by using it, USERS agree to strictly comply with the conditions set forth herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.

OFFERS AND DISCOUNT COUPONS
All coupons used by Atlantis Internacional, S.L. have the following characteristics: start and expiration date, validity for the purchase of products. Coupons cannot be used to purchase mobile devices, smartphones, mobile phones, or tablets. Coupons can be associated with the promotion of a product on sale whose units are limited to a number of units previously determined. The selection of products offered on www.ksixmobile.com is valid as long as the products are visible on the portal with the available stock limits. In the file for each product, the period in which we can ship it from our warehouses is indicated. If the products are in stock, the approximate period is up to 72 business hours, except for certain products whose period may be longer. In this case, Atlantis Internacional, S.L. will indicate what the delivery period will be, which will not exceed 30 days from the date of purchase. These terms are calculated on working days (from Monday to Friday) since Atlantis Internacional, S.L. does not ship on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. In the event that there is a stock interruption or specific unavailability of an item, Atlantis Internacional, S.L. will contact CUSTOMERS to notify them immediately and give them a new delivery period or, if it is not possible to provide said product, to proceed to its cancellation. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will not entitle the CUSTOMER to demand any compensation.
B- ORDER PLACEMENT
To place an order, it is necessary to connect to www.ksixmobile.com and register as a USER, becoming a REGISTERED USER upon completing the electronic form available in the shopping cart and in the registration form located at the top of the website and following the instructions indicated therein. You will have access to the private CUSTOMER area where you can see your invoices as well as review, edit, and delete your contact information. Other Express Payment methods are also available with PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay which allow you to register with the accounts for these platforms.
For security reasons, and in order to avoid possible fraud, the CUSTOMER’s login and password will be private and non-transferable, the CUSTOMER committing to make correct use of this information and assuming all responsibility for the consequences of its disclosure to third parties. We recommend that you change your password periodically. It is your responsibility to check that the information you provide us is correct and complete, and you are also required to inform us immediately if there is any change to the information you have provided. After registering and to proceed with the purchase of products, you must add the product you wish to purchase to the cart according to the instructions on the screen.
The validation of the order by the CUSTOMER expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general contracting conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data registered at www.ksixmobile.com.es constitute proof of the set of transactions carried out between Atlantis Internacional, S.L. and the CUSTOMER.
The CUSTOMER is responsible for correct billing and shipping information provided at the time of ordering. Atlantis Internacional, S.L. is not responsible for the data provided by the CUSTOMER, nor for the damages derived from this information being incorrect.
Once the purchase has been made and in the shortest possible time, always within 72 hours of the execution of the purchase, Atlantis Internacional, S.L. Customer Service will send you a proof of purchase by email. From that moment on, no modifications will be accepted.
In the event of not being able to provide you any of the products selected and paid for by you, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed to your account, through the same form of payment that you have used, within a period of less than 5 business days.
Orders with all products in stock will go out immediately once payment has been confirmed.

In the event that the payment method you choose when making an online purchase on the Website is a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the charge will be made online, that is, in real-time, through Adyen’s Secure Payment Services Platform. Ksix will never and under no circumstances have access to, nor retain by any means, the full details for the means of payment used by the Customer.

The CUSTOMER is responsible for correct billing information provided at the time of ordering. Atlantis Internacional, S.L. is not responsible for the data provided by the customer, so it will not make modifications or cancellations for an invoice already issued unless the order is returned in whole or in part, and in that case, the corresponding corrected invoice will be issued with the original invoice data.
CUSTOMERS expressly accept that Atlantis Internacional, S.L. will send the invoices and credits corresponding to their purchase by electronic means. CUSTOMERS may also download their invoices from the private CUSTOMER area. CUSTOMERS may always request our Customer Service Department to send a printed invoice by postal mail.
C- SHIPPING METHOD AND TIME FRAME
Atlantis Internacional, S.L. will only deliver orders that are within Spanish territory, in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, not offering its products to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Products will be delivered to the shipping address that the CUSTOMER has indicated when placing the order and on the agreed dates (72 business hours for the Iberian Peninsula and 5 business days for the Balearic Islands), as long as Atlantis Internacional, S.L. has received, in turn, the supply of the Products from the manufacturer in a timely manner. The delivery dates indicated by Atlantis Internacional, S.L. (72 business hours) will always be an estimate, without prejudice that Atlantis Internacional, S.L. puts forth its best efforts so that the shipment and delivery of the supplied Products are carried out on the dates requested by the CUSTOMER.
The delivery period will be modified when, for causes not directly attributable to Atlantis Internacional, S.L., there are delays in production or availability of all or some of the products. As an example, but not limited to, the following causes of delay are included: strikes by suppliers, transport, and services, failures in third-party supply, failures in transport systems, floods, stoppages of mobile technology personnel, sabotage, and any cause that can be considered as force majeure as provided in article 1.105 of the Civil Code.

ORDER DELIVERY PROCEDURES TO CUSTOMERS
On the Shipping page, you will find all the delivery methods and the proper procedures.
The CUSTOMER is responsible for ensuring that the shipping and contact addresses provided at the time of ordering are correct and complete. Atlantis Internacional, S.L. is not responsible for the information provided by the CUSTOMER, nor for the damages derived from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. In the event that the transport company is unable to deliver the order to the CUSTOMER derived from incorrect or incomplete shipping or contact information, or if the CUSTOMER rejects the package and it is returned to our warehouse, Atlantis Internacional, S.L. will apply the usual return procedure described in the RETURN OF ORDERS section.
Each delivery is considered done and completed from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the CUSTOMER or person authorized by the CUSTOMER or the Company at the address indicated by the CUSTOMER, which is completed through the control system used by the transport company.
The customer has the obligation to check and verify the status of the products listed in the delivery document, Delivery note.
The CUSTOMER must notify Atlantis Internacional, S.L. of any type of damage that may be due to poor management from the transport company.
In the case of CUSTOMERS not receiving the order within a period of more than 7 business days from the next business day of purchase, they should immediately contact Atlantis Internacional, S.L. Customer Service to make the necessary arrangements. In the event that the reason is due to misplacement by the transport company, Atlantis Internacional, S.L. will notify the incident so that the transport company can locate the package, sometimes this investigation can take between 1 and 2 weeks.
D- CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF ORDERS
On the Exchanges and Returns page, you will find all the information about these requests and the procedure to follow.
In accordance with current regulations stipulated in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Atlantis Internacional, S.L. will accept the cancellation of orders as long as it is requested during the fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of receipt, this being the constant on the delivery note. After 14 calendar days, Atlantis Internacional, S.L. will accept the return of the product.
No amount will be refunded in the event that the Product has sustained any damage, so it must be returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered, including all instructions, documents, and packaging for the Product.
This will be without prejudice to the CUSTOMER’s right to open and unpack the Product in order to test, analyze, and evaluate it in order to make a decision on definitively accepting it.
It shall not be possible to invoke the right of cancellation in the following cases:
a) The provision of services, once the service has been completely executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the CUSTOMERS and with the acknowledgment on their part that they are aware that once the contract has been completely executed by Atlantis Internacional, S.L. they will have lost their right to cancel.
b) The supply of Products made according to the CUSTOMER’s specifications or clearly personalized.
c) The supply of Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
d) The supply of sealed Products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery, such as masks.
e) The contracts in which CUSTOMERS have specifically requested Atlantis Internacional, S.L. to visit them for urgent repair or maintenance operations; if, during that visit, Atlantis Internacional, S.L. provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the CUSTOMER or supplies Products other than the spare parts necessarily used to carry out maintenance or repair operations, the right of cancellation must apply to such additional services or Products.
f) The supply of digital content that is not provided in a material form when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the CUSTOMER with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of cancellation.
To manage the return or cancellation of a product, CUSTOMERS must contact Atlantis Internacional, S.L. by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, commenting on their situation, or by phone at the number +34 93 336 9797.
In accordance with the same regulations, the transport costs originated by the return will be borne by the CUSTOMER, returns of packages with delivery costs to their destination will not be accepted on delivery. With the exception of products that are defective or incorrect, so customers must follow the instructions that will be sent to them when contacting Atlantis Internacional, S.L.
When applicable, the return must include the invoiced promotional products associated with the purchase of the product. Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
Atlantis Internacional, S.L. will not accept returns that do not meet these requirements and the products will be sent back to their destination at the expense of the final CUSTOMER. Atlantis Internacional, S.L. does not assume ownership of the returned product until it is received at the return address and after subsequent review by our customer service department. Likewise, Atlantis Internacional, S.L. will not bear the direct costs of return or cancellation as indicated in Article 108 of the current regulations (Royal Decree 1/2007 for the Law on Consumers and Users).
When Atlantis Internacional, S.L. has accepted the return of the products, this will lead to a payment equal to the purchase price paid by the CUSTOMER of the returned product/s by means of the same form of payment that the CUSTOMER used. In the case of return of products paid in part or in full using a coupon, the price of the product, after the discount, originally paid by the customer will be credited. In no case will the value of the coupon be returned for its cash value. The original coupon will be considered expired as it has been applied in the original transaction, so the right to use it again is not recovered.
Atlantis Internacional, S.L. commits to make the credit for the order by the same means that the purchase was made within a maximum period of 15 days as long as the product complies with the aforementioned conditions and the return has been accepted by Atlantis Internacional, S.L.
E- PRODUCT WARRANTY
CUSTOMERS can register their warranty during the purchase process or via the Warranty Registration page by signing up for the newsletter.
Unless expressly stipulated otherwise, included in the acceptance of the order, Atlantis Internacional, S.L. guarantees the products it has supplied with regard to defects in materials, manufacturing, and assembly for a period of three (3) years from the date of receipt, whether explicit or implicit. With the exception of products considered as consumables: corded headphones, batteries, cartridges, covers, screen protectors, and suction cup mounts, in accordance with their consumable nature, are delivered with a maximum guarantee of six (6) months. This warranty cannot be extended.
The warranty expressed in the previous section consists of the repair or replacement (at the option of Atlantis Internacional, S.L.) of the elements that have been identified as defective. The repairs are understood to be performed at Atlantis Internacional, S.L. premises, with the CUSTOMER responsible for expenses for disassembling, packing, loading, transporting, customs, fees, etc., originated by the remission of the defective material to Atlantis Internacional, S.L. premises and its subsequent delivery to the CUSTOMER.
The consumer and CUSTOMER must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when they became aware of it.
The repair or replacement of a defective item does not change the start date of the warranty period for the entire supply, which will be the date indicated in the first section. However, the item repaired or replaced will have a 3-year warranty after its repair or replacement.
In no case will Atlantis Internacional, S.L. be responsible for repairs performed by personnel outside its organization.
Damages or defects due to wear due to normal product use are excluded from the warranty. In addition, damages and defects caused by improper upkeep or maintenance, improper or negligent storage and handling, misuse, faulty setup, modifications to products without the approval of Atlantis Internacional, S.L. are also excluded from the warranty, which will also be considered expired; installations done or subsequently modified without following the technical instructions for the product and, in general, any cause that is not attributable to Atlantis Internacional, S.L.
The warranty does not include defects caused by negligence, impacts, improper use or handling, unsuitable voltage, electrical accidents, installation and/or use not in accordance with the instructions for use or that is not carried out by the technical service authorized by the manufacturer or supplier with the prior knowledge of Atlantis Internacional, S.L., when applicable, nor short-term materials or products subject to wear and tear due to normal use or consumables. Products modified or repaired by the CUSTOMER or any other person not authorized by the manufacturer or supplier are excluded from the warranty.
In accordance with (EU) Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, we inform CUSTOMERS and USERS that the personal data provided freely, voluntarily, and unequivocally in the “forms that contain personal data” are processed automatically for subsequent incorporation into a computerized database.
The purpose of data collection is to obtain the minimum personal data that allows for the identification of the individual person requesting the products.
We inform you that due to the characteristics of the services offered by www.ksixmobile.com, it is necessary to transfer your personal data to storage and distribution, customer service, and transport companies.
