In case you are not convinced by the product or would like to exchange it, we offer you several options.

Depending on your geographical location or the weight of your order, you will be offered one of the following options:

If you are not satisfied with your item, please follow the steps below to return it:

Access your personal space in the Order history and details section and select the order you want to return by clicking on "Info / Returns".

Once on the order page, you will need to choose the items you want to return, indicate the reason in the drop-down menu and click on "Request a return".

You will then be redirected to the carrier's form so that you can manage the return and download the QR.

For returns in Spain, the participation in the return costs is 8€ for products weighing less than 30kg. For products weighing more than 30kg, the price of the return costs will be €40. In case of a defective product, no return costs will be charged.

For returns in Europe, the participation in the return costs is 15€ for products weighing less than 30kg. For products weighing more than 30kg, the cost of return will be €100. In case of a defective product, no return costs will be charged.

The refund will be made once the products have been received in the warehouse, within 7 working days, with the same method of payment. Intimate or hygienic products such as sex toys or masks, customised products such as screen protectors for smartwatches and food products such as creams and supplements cannot be returned for health, hygiene and safety reasons. They may be returned in the case of defective products.

CHANGES

No exchanges are possible. To proceed with the exchange you must return the purchased product and make a new purchase.
