Returns and exchanges

In case you are not convinced by the product, we offer you different options.

Easy 30-day returns

Depending on your geographical location or the weight of your order, you will be offered one of the following options:

By appointment

Collection point

Local shops and 24/7 mailboxes

If you are not satisfied with your item, please follow the steps below to return it:

1. Go to your personal space in the My Orders section and select the order you want to return by clicking on ‘Info / Returns’.

2. Once on the order page, you must choose the items you want to return, indicate the reason in the drop-down menu and click on ‘Request a return’.

3. You will then be redirected to the carrier's form so that you can manage the return and download the QR.

Terms and Conditions Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

For returns in Spain, the return shipping costs are €8 for products weighing less than 30kg.

For products weighing more than 30kg, the price of the return costs will be €40.

In case of a defective product, no return costs will be charged.

Terms and conditions Europe (except Spain)

For returns within Europe, the participation in the return costs is 15€ for products weighing less than 30kg.

For products weighing more than 30kg, the cost of return will be €100.

In case of a defective product, no return costs will be charged.

The refund will be made once the products have been received in the warehouse, within 7 working days, with the same method of payment. Intimate or hygienic products such as sex toys or masks, or custom-made products such as smartwatch display protectors cannot be returned. They may be returned in the case of defective products.

Exchanges

If you have bought a product on our website and you want to exchange it for another one because it is the wrong size or colour, or for any other reason, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

To do this, you must return the item, following the steps described earlier on this page. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a refund, provided that you meet the conditions described earlier on this page.

At the same time, you must place a new order for the item you want, making the corresponding payment.
